Fullstack Job: Software Developer

Who you are:

• You have 3+ years of experience as a Fullstack JavaScript Developer
• You have 2+ years of experience with Python Django (Backend)
• You have 2+ years of experience with Postgres (& MongoDB)
• You have 2+ years of experience with JavaScript React (Frontend)
• You have an undergraduate degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related fields
• You care about the quality of your work, from high-level design decisions down to every line of code
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills

Bonus points if:

• You have startup experience
• You make contributions to open source projects
• You have good experience with popular React workflows (such as Redux, MobX)
• You have good experience with Postgres

What would you be doing:

• Participating in the full lifecycle of feature development
• Building sustainable code
• Planning and problem solving
• Optimizing application for maximum speed and scalability
• Enhancing the performance of the application
• Analyzing code, requirements, system risks, and software reliability

Interview Process:

We have a three-step interview process that usually goes from application to respond in under two weeks:

• 20-minute video conference interview for culture fit.
• In some cases, we ask for a deliverable test that will take under 1 hour.
• 60-minute video conference interview for the technical fit, followed by a reference check.
